[Remote] Finance Systems Administrator

They are seeking an experienced Finance Systems Administrator to lead the administration and optimization of their NetSuite ERP system while providing support across additional finance technology platforms. The role involves system administration, user support, and ensuring seamless data flow between finance systems.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the NetSuite ERP environment, with a focus on OneWorld, Multi-Book, Record to Report, Purchasing, and Fixed Asset Management/Inventory Management
- Develop, deploy, and support customizations, workflows, and scripts to enhance system functionality
- Monitor system performance and manage updates, patches, and troubleshooting
- Act as the primary support contact for NetSuite, FloQast, Cube, and Zip
- Triage issues raised by Finance, resolve directly where possible, and escalate to vendors as needed
- Maintain documentation of known issues, workflows, and system configurations
- Maintain integrations between NetSuite and related systems (e.g., Workday, Snowflake, FloQast, Cube, Zip, etc.)
- Ensure data flows are intact and aligned with Finance operational needs
- Coordinate with cross-functional system owners when integrations require updates or attention
- Train and support Finance users on best practices within NetSuite and related platforms
- Document key workflows, changes, and support procedures
- Serve as a member of the Finance-Tech Steering Committee to align priorities and roadmap
- Create and maintain dashboards, saved searches, and reports in NetSuite and adjacent systems
- Support ad-hoc reporting needs of the Finance team with data validation and technical configuration
Skills
- 7+ years of NetSuite system administration experience, including at least one full implementation or migration
- Experience serving as a NetSuite Administrator at two or more organizations
- Strong functional expertise in NetSuite's OneWorld, Multi-Book, Purchasing, and Fixed Asset Management modules
- Familiarity with how finance teams use month-end close software such as FloQast or Blackline
- Familiarity with FP&A planning software such as Cube or Adaptive
- Prior use of and integration with AP software such as Zip, Yooz or Charted (f/k/a Squareworks)
- Understanding of finance-related integrations with platforms such as Salesforce and Workday
- Prior experience with iPaaS platforms such as Workato, Boomi, Mulesoft, Zapier, n8n or Make leveraging those platforms to build integrations with NetSuite
- Ability to create and manage NetSuite customizations, workflows, and scripts
- Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset in working with non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- NetSuite certification(s) in relevant modules or administration preferred but not required
