[Remote] Healthcare AI Solutions Intern
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. EXL is a leading data analytics and digital operations company. They are seeking a Healthcare AI Solutions Intern to contribute to designing workflows that automate healthcare operations using advanced AI techniques.
Responsibilities
- A key part of your role will involve fine-tuning and evaluating LLMs (e.g., instruction tuning, prompt optimization, retrieval-augmented generation, and domain adaptation) on healthcare policy and operational data to improve accuracy, consistency, and explainability
- You will also help prototype multi-agent systems, integrate external tools (APIs, browsers, FHIR data), and build feedback loops for continuous learning and governance
Skills
- Experience (In Years): 0-3
- Strong Python skills
- Familiarity with LLM frameworks
- Interest in building production-ready, auditable AI agents that drive real operational impact at scale
