[Remote] Implementation Specialist

They are seeking an Implementation Specialist responsible for leading new client implementations, managing client contract changes, and overseeing internal projects. The role involves hands-on training, consulting, data migration planning, and project management to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Leading new client implementations, client contract changes, and internal or special projects
• Handling incoming project requests as part of a team
• Reporting to the Manager, Implementation
• Working with internal teams at Epiq based on project requirements
• Taking on project responsibilities directly based on resources

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional ability to create clear and effective documentation

• Must be able to learn new technology solutions, including independently researching new complex technical concepts or software and having consultative discussions with customers
• Must be able to build collaborative relationships with clients and internal contacts
• Must work well under pressure in a reactive, agile project-based environment
• Associates are expected to participate in continuous personal development to meet new client and business opportunities
• Potential for 5-10% travel depending on client & project requirements
• 1-2 years experience or certification related to project management or project coordination
• 1-2 years experience leading customer remote and/or on-site training programs
• 1-2 years experience with information technology
• Personal experience with legal services or litigation support
• 1-2 years Software experience or certification related to Relativity
• 1-2 years Software experience or certification related to eDiscovery collection, process, or review technology
