[Remote] Information Technology Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead multiple initiatives in upgrading an asset management application and expanding CRM capabilities. The role involves driving end-to-end delivery across projects, managing enhancements in a cloud environment, and ensuring business process continuity while overseeing the design and implementation of CRM enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple initiatives supporting the upgrade of an asset management application and the expansion of CRM capabilities
• Drive end-to-end delivery across both projects, including coordinating the upgrade of the platform to its latest version
• Manage associated enhancements within the cloud environment
• Ensure continuity of business processes such as asset recovery, invoicing, and vendor-managed scrap metal workflows
• Oversee the design, build, and implementation of CRM enhancements including new licenses, integrations with other internal systems, development of customer-facing forms, dashboards, and reports, as well as data migration and archival strategies
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage backlog prioritization, remove impediments, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, vendors, and data/reporting teams

Skills

• 8+ years as a IT Project Manager
• Experience overseeing a process improvement project
• Expertise using Jira for project planning and tracking
• Proficiency with MS project for project tracking
• Experience handling the project financials, breaking things down into cost categories, measuring the actuals of a project
• Utility experience
• Familiar with Agile Methodologies
• Worked within a PMO
