[Remote] Lead Product Manager

Franklin Fitch is seeking a Principal Product Manager to accelerate the transition from concept to validated products, focusing on the intersection of product, engineering, and AI. This hands-on role involves partnering with stakeholders to identify problems, prototype solutions, and enhance software delivery processes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business and engineering teams to identify and solve problems
- Translate ideas into prototypes, MVPs, and scalable solutions
- Leverage AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate delivery
- Improve SDLC processes and execution speed
- Drive alignment across product and engineering teams
- Build credibility through hands-on technical contribution
Skills
- Experience operating across product, engineering, solutions, or innovation environments
- Ability to move from discovery → prototype → execution
- Strong operational mindset and business problem-solving ability
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating structure
- AI development tools (CodeX CLI, Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot)
- GitHub or GitLab
- Jira & Confluence
- Python, TypeScript, APIs preferred
- Familiarity with LLM workflows and rapid prototyping
