[Remote] Lease Accountant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. US LBM is one of the leading distributors of specialty building materials in the United States, and they are seeking a Lease Accountant to execute comprehensive financial reporting and analysis. The role involves preparing journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual journal entries as needed
• Perform account analysis and reconciliations
• Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes, as well as ad hoc management reporting requests
• Maintain standard operating procedures and accounting policies documentation
• Collaborate with and support cross-functional teams to align accounting close and financial planning
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Comply with all policies and standards
• Adheres to Company’s commitment to workplace safety

Skills

• Accounting degree required
• 4-6 years' experience in lease accounting and analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
