[Remote] Marketing Graphic Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Holden Industries, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Graphic Designer to create high-quality, on-brand creative assets that support various marketing initiatives and internal communications. The role involves designing visual materials across multiple platforms and collaborating with different departments to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce on-brand visual assets across a wide range of media, including: Print and digital promotional materials, Webpages, Social media graphics, Trade show materials, Packaging samples, Sales presentations and more, while ensuring consistent, thoughtful application of brand standards across all touchpoints
- Partner with marketing managers to concept, design, and execute integrated marketing campaigns, translating campaign strategies and messaging into strong visual narratives that support product launches, seasonal promotions, and corporate initiatives
- Work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Product Management, Sales, HR, and Leadership, participating in creative reviews, brainstorming sessions, and campaign planning
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–8+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within: An in-house marketing team, Manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environments, Agency experience supporting B2B products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-driven design across print, digital, and campaign work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for both external marketing and internal communications
