[Remote] Mission Critical Senior Project Manager

Spencer Ogden is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale, high-profile infrastructure projects for demanding enterprise and hyperscale clients. The role involves full lifecycle management of complex projects, ensuring successful execution from preconstruction through closeout while providing strategic leadership and oversight.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of large-scale, high-profile infrastructure projects
- Ensure successful execution from preconstruction through closeout
- Provide strategic leadership, financial oversight, client management, and operational direction
- Drive safety, quality, schedule, and profitability objectives
- Serve as a key liaison between clients, field operations, engineering, procurement, and executive leadership teams
Skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Familiarity with TIA/EIA and/or BICSI standard
- 7+ years of project management experience supporting mission-critical, structured cabling, data center, or enterprise infrastructure deployment
- Experience managing customers, vendors, subcontractors, and cross-functional project team
- Proven success managing multi-million-dollar project budget
- Strong financial forecasting and reporting capabilities
- Experience owning labor, material, and subcontractor cost performance
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Word
- Demonstrated ability to analyze contracts and commercial risk
- Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Demonstrated ability to identify operational and financial risk
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
- Approximately 30%–75% travel depending on project needs
- Experience delivering design-build or design-assist project
- Experience managing phased campus deployment
- Experience supporting hyperscale data center environment
- Experience with security systems integration or enterprise IT infrastructure
- Experience leading multi-year contract program
- Strategic account management exposure
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Experience mentoring and developing Project Manager
