[Remote] Oracle Payroll consultant

Kastech Software Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Lead (Payroll) Consultant with expertise in Oracle Payroll, HCM Cloud Payroll, and EBS Payroll. The candidate will be responsible for leading payroll implementations, gathering business requirements, configuring payroll solutions, and supporting integrations with HR and related modules.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Payroll solutions
- Gather and analyze payroll business requirements
- Configure payroll elements, rules, earnings, deductions, and taxes
- Work on integrations, data conversion, testing, and go-live support
- Support payroll processing, validation, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and technical teams
Skills
- 12+ years of Oracle Functional experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Payroll
- Knowledge of payroll processing, taxation, and compliance
- Experience with Fast Formula, testing, and support
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
