Remote Part-Time Primary Therapist

Located in a community-centered environment, we offer high-quality support designed to foster long-term recovery and healing. Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Primary Therapist. The Primary Therapist will be responsible for developing and executing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs. Day-to-day tasks include providing therapeutic interventions, facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, managing cases, supporting clients with chemical dependency and dual diagnoses, and collaborating with families to address co-occurring disorders. The therapist will play a key role in helping clients navigate their recovery journey.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Treatment Planning to design and implement personalized therapeutic approaches
- Background in Social Work and Case Management to provide effective support and resources to clients and families
- Expertise in addressing Chemical Dependency and supporting clients with addiction recovery
- Experience in working with Dual Diagnosis clients and handling co-occurring mental health concerns
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Licensed Behavioral Health Professional (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) preferred
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field required
- Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities for addiction recovery
