[Remote] Product Manager - Supply Chain / WMS

Dice is seeking an experienced Horizontal Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Distribution Center-facing capabilities through their ERP platform. This role involves partnering with various teams to ensure efficient scaling and integration of distribution capabilities, delivering measurable business value across the enterprise.
Skills
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a focus on supply chain, distribution, or ERP-enabled solutions
- Hands-on experience in DC Operations or as a Product Manager for DC-facing products (WMS, inventory management, receiving, putaway, picking, shipping, or labor management)
- Experience with Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) or related Oracle Retail/Supply Chain modules
- Familiarity with WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Oracle WMS) and their integration with ERP systems
- Experience working in retail, wholesale, or large-scale distribution environments
- Proven ability to manage horizontal/platform products that serve multiple business units or geographies
- Strong understanding of ERP-integrated supply chain workflows and data flows
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills
