[Remote] Radiant/Cupid and Lumens Build Analyst

They are seeking a skilled Radiant/Cupid & Lumens Build Analyst to support critical Epic initiatives, focusing on the design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of Epic applications.
Responsibilities
- Perform Epic application build, configuration, optimization, and maintenance for Radiant, Cupid, and Lumens modules
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution support
- Participate in workflow analysis, system testing, validation, and upgrades
- Create and maintain documentation related to build decisions, workflows, and change management
- Support integrated workflows across multiple Epic applications
- Assist with go-live support, enhancements, and ongoing optimization initiatives
- Ensure system configurations align with organizational standards and best practices
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders and provide recommendations for process improvement
Skills
- Previous experience as an Epic Build Analyst supporting: Radiant, Cupid, Lumens
- Strong understanding of Epic workflows, build methodology, and change control processes
- Experience with integrated clinical systems and healthcare operations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting healthcare organizations or hospital systems
- Epic certifications in Radiant, Cupid, and/or Lumens
- Experience with system upgrades, optimization projects, and integrated testing
- Prior remote consulting or contract experience
- Experience working in large healthcare environments
