[Remote] Recruiter - Direct Placement

The role involves business development, recruitment management, and candidate engagement, focusing on building relationships with clients and candidates in the talent solutions sector.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and expand a client base through strategic outreach, including video calls, phone conversations, and in-person meetings
- Identify and nurture new business opportunities with key client hiring managers and senior executives
- Recruit, evaluate, and place leading industry professionals in full-time roles with our clients
- Develop job postings, search, screen, and identify qualified candidates, present them to clients, and manage both clients and candidates through the hiring process
- Build strong relationships with top candidates, conduct professional interviews via phone, video, and in-person to qualify them for client positions
- Expand and maintain the existing client base, ensuring a consistent pipeline of prospective business and securing qualified opportunities
Skills
