The role involves proactively sourcing and identifying skilled professionals, maintaining candidate pipelines, and acting as a long-term talent partner.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source and identify skilled professionals across a variety of industries
- You will be responsible for referring experts to join LLM data training projects, offering them fully remote and flexible work opportunities
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified experts
- Act as a long-term talent partner, strengthening and expanding our professional community over time
Skills
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally across multiple industries
- Experience hiring across Slovenian-speaking countries in Europe, as well as within diaspora communities across the world
- Native or bilingual Slovenian proficiency
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage candidates persuasively
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
