[Remote] Senior Consultant, ERP Services Delivery

They are seeking a Senior Consultant in ERP Services Delivery to support the implementation and optimization of construction-focused ERP solutions, working closely with clients and internal teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support the successful implementation and optimization of construction-focused ERP solutions
- Work closely with consultants and client stakeholders to contribute to project planning, system configuration, training, and post-implementation support
- Assist in analyzing client business needs and translating them into ERP system configurations and workflows
- Support project planning, including documentation, scheduling, and task tracking
- Participate in system setup, testing, and data migration
- Deliver training and provide support during and after implementation
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams for smooth go-live and post-implementation success
- Contribute to process reviews and identify system optimization opportunities
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely updates
- Commitment to continuous learning in ERP Platforms and construction industry practices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or 4 years of related experience
- Foundational understanding of accounting principles (Payroll, A/P, A/R, Job Cost, POs, GL)
- Familiarity with construction project accounting & management processes
- Experience in ERP or software consulting, customer support, or related roles a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. as needed
- Construction software implementation experience
- Experience with Trimble Spectrum is highly preferred
