The role involves managing enterprise applications and complex third-party integrations, ensuring successful collaboration with business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of Product Management, Application Management, or Business Systems leadership experience
- Experience owning enterprise applications and complex third-party integrations
- Strong knowledge of: SFTP file transmissions, File-based integrations, API integrations, Web services, Enterprise application ecosystems
- Experience managing storefront, ecommerce, customer portal, or digital transaction platforms
- Demonstrated success collaborating with business and technical stakeholders
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and application release management processes
- Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and production support
- Experience with healthcare, benefits, financial services, retail, or highly regulated industries
- Knowledge of EDI transactions and trading partner management
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and order management systems
- Experience with middleware and integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, IBM Integration Bus, etc.)
- Understanding of cloud-based application architectures and SaaS platforms
- Experience managing multiple vendors and outsourced technology partners
- Product Owner or Agile certifications preferred
