[Remote] Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer (remote)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AIDA projektai is seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with expertise in Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud. The role involves designing enterprise-level Salesforce solutions and leading client engagements, requiring strong technical knowledge and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver complex Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives
- Lead project teams and support sprint planning activities
- Mentor junior consultants and team members
- Implement advanced automation, integrations, and Salesforce optimization initiatives
- Perform data migrations, including data validation and integrity checks
- Collaborate closely with clients to map business processes and resolve technical challenges
- Participate in solution architecture discussions and technical decision-making
- Ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce consulting and implementation
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- At least two additional Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Data Cloud)
- Proven experience designing and delivering Marketing Cloud solutions
- Strong knowledge of Data Cloud and its integration with Marketing Cloud Journey Builder
- Experience designing complex data models and scalable automation frameworks
- Experience leading client workshops, building proof-of-concepts, and preparing technical estimates
- Strong analytical and reporting skills using Tableau, Einstein Analytics, or similar tools
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Experience mentoring team members and leading project delivery teams
