[Remote] Senior SAP Business Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Seaglass Technology Partners, LLC is seeking a Senior SAP Business Analyst to act as a bridge between the business and the company’s core system (SAP). The role involves improving sales, order management, and product configurations by designing and implementing efficient system solutions while supporting projects and training users.
Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between the business and the company’s core system (SAP)
- Help teams improve how they manage sales, orders, and product configurations
- Work closely with different departments to understand their day to day challenges
- Design and implement system solutions to make processes more efficient and reliable
- Support projects, train users, troubleshoot issues, and continuously look for ways to improve how the business operates as it grows and evolves
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline
- 8+ years of SAP functional experience
- 5+ years of focused SAP Sales & Distribution experience within SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA
- Demonstrated successful leadership in multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations
- Deep functional expertise in SAP pricing, EDI integrations, and experience with SAP Variant Configuration
- True business analyst experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
