Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles
- Strong background in enterprise technologies, distributed systems, and API driven architectures
- Experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional technical programs
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience working in regulated environments (iGaming, fintech, payments, etc.)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience with iGaming platforms (sportsbook, casino, PAM systems)
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (KYC, AML, responsible gaming)
- Background in payments, fraud, or identity systems
- Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies
