[Remote] Social Content Creator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pawfy is one of the fastest-growing pet wellness brands on a mission to help dogs live healthier, happier lives. They are seeking a Social Content Creator / Social Media Manager to lead the creation, management, and growth of their organic social media presence, working closely with various teams to create engaging content and ensure brand relevance across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own the organic social media strategy and day-to-day management across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels
- Create, film, edit, and publish engaging social-first content that aligns with brand objectives and audience interests
- Develop content calendars and ensure a consistent flow of high-quality content across all channels
- Monitor social media performance, identify trends and opportunities, and use insights to continuously improve content performance
- Manage community engagement across social platforms, responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions where appropriate
- Collaborate with influencers, creators, internal teams, and external partners to create engaging and shareable content
- Stay up to date with platform trends, viral content formats, and best practices to help drive audience growth and engagement
Skills
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, Social Content Manager, or similar role within an e-commerce, consumer goods, or direct-to-consumer business
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, audience growth strategies, and community management
- Experience creating high-performing short-form content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, filming, and editing skills with an eye for engaging content
- Ability to analyse content performance and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on in a fast-moving founder-led environment
- Experience within health, wellness, supplements, consumer goods, or direct-to-consumer brands
- Experience within the dog, pet, or animal health industry
- Experience working with influencers, creators, and user-generated content (UGC)
- Experience managing multiple brands or social channels simultaneously
