The role involves completing and evaluating complex frontend engineering tasks, reviewing code for quality and performance, and identifying bugs and failure modes in generated outputs.
Responsibilities
- Complete and evaluate complex frontend engineering tasks using coding agents
- Review model-generated frontend code for correctness, quality, maintainability, accessibility, and performance
- Identify bugs, edge cases, and failure modes in generated outputs
- Compare outputs from multiple models and assess strengths and weaknesses
- Apply engineering judgment to real-world frontend engineering scenarios
Skills
- Strong experience in frontend engineering
- Strong experience building modern web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar technologies
- Strong experience using coding agents and developer productivity tools
- Ability to evaluate model-generated frontend implementations, UI architecture, and performance optimizations
- Strong experience working on large-scale consumer or enterprise applications
