As a Software Engineering Manager, you will lead multiple engineering squads, drive delivery and quality, and collaborate with global partners to enhance platform services.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage multiple engineering squads
- Drive delivery velocity while maintaining quality and reliability
- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders on priorities
- Improve engineering practices and team effectiveness
- Support architectural decision-making across platform services
- Strengthen ownership, testing, and quality practices
- Reduce incidents through improved engineering discipline
- Collaborate with global teams across time zones
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on engineering background
- Experience managing engineering teams
- Experience working in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
- Experience with microservices architecture
