- Flexible full-time or part-time hours
- 1099 contract with renewal opportunities
- Customizable caseload What You'll Do
- Assess & Evaluate Conduct virtual assessments to understand students' needs and determine eligibility for special education services.
- Create & Implement Develop tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that align with each student’s unique learning goals.
- Teach & Support Provide engaging instruction and support through our online platform to ensure student progress.
- Collaborate Work closely with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a seamless educational experience.
- Document Keep precise records of student progress, services provided, and communication. What We’re Looking For
- Educational Background Master’s degree or higher in Special Education or a related field.
- Certification Valid state teaching certification in Special Education.
- Experience Minimum of 2 years in a Special Education role.
- Tech Savvy Comfortable using technology for virtual instruction and assessments.
- Communication Skills Strong ability to connect and build rapport in a virtual setting.
