[Remote] Sr. Data Specialist - Digital Scanning (Part-Time)

They are seeking a Sr. Data Specialist focused on Digital Scanning to join their BT Prep team, where responsibilities include preparing files for validation software and ensuring client confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- As a Sr. Data Specialist team member on the BT Prep team with a Digital Scanning focus, responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Preparation of files for submission into validation software
- Responsible for ensuring the accurate use of separator sheets to ensure proper organization of file within Adobe
- Ensure client confidentiality by following all company procedures regarding information handling
Skills
- Must have participated in BT Prep for the 2026 Spring Tax Season
- High school diploma/GED required
- Availability: Minimum 30 hours/week (Monday-Friday, 7 am-7 pm CST). Work hours must be spread across at least four days, with a minimum of four hours per day
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn quickly
- High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Availability to work August 2026 through October 2026
