[Remote] Sr. Financial Systems Analyst, Order to Cash (Zuora)

The Senior Financial Systems Analyst role involves owning the Zuora platform administration and providing system support for Billing, Collections, and Revenue Accounting teams, ensuring data quality and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Administer and own configuration of the Zuora platform, including Billing and Revenue/RevPro, to meet current business needs and support future growth
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs
- Triage issues and identify required bug fixes for Zuora in partnership with third-party resources
- Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and act quickly to implement solutions
- Participate in all stages of the SDLC, including QA and UAT, for Zuora-related changes and dependent system impacts
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and successful outcomes
- Ensure system configurations and processes meet audit and SOX compliance requirements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue/RevPro
- In-depth functional knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition standards
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to write clean, efficient queries
- Proven ability to partner independently with Finance and IT teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience integrating Zuora with Salesforce CPQ
- Experience with Workday Financials
- Familiarity with Adaptive Planning or similar tools
