[Remote] Strategic Portfolio and Program Management Director

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SSM Health is a Catholic, not-for-profit health system dedicated to serving the health needs of communities across the Midwest. The Strategic Portfolio and Program Management Director will lead strategic initiatives, manage high-impact programs, and collaborate with senior leadership to align resources and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with outside stakeholders or vendors to secure support for project goals to advance the organization’s objectives
• Interfaces with senior leadership to communicate opportunities, issues and general knowledge of relationships with outside of the organization providers or vendors to ensure strong working relationships
• Develops strategic plans and infrastructure to align with defined business goals
• Directs program through evolving program creation, management tools, and reporting capabilities
• Recommends program budget and monitors and adjusts plan as resource requirements change
• Communicates and documents program quality outcomes and progress metrics
• Addresses and resolves project issues to ensure goals remain on track
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• Seven years' experience
