[Remote] Technical Recruiter

BCforward is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support recruiting and talent sourcing initiatives across multiple business units. The role involves managing high-volume hiring while ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience, partnering with teams across various sectors such as Azure Data, Security, and Marketing to attract and hire top talent.
Responsibilities
- Support recruiting and talent sourcing initiatives across multiple business units
- Manage high-volume hiring while maintaining an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
- Partner with teams across Azure Data, Security, MAI, Commercial/Sales, and Marketing organizations to attract, engage, and hire top talent
Skills
- 5–7 years of talent acquisition experience in recruiting or sourcing roles
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field
- Strong understanding of talent markets and candidate profiling
- Proven experience handling high-volume recruiting and managing full requisition loads consistently
- Experience recruiting for technology, sales, marketing, or enterprise business functions
- Strong sourcing and Boolean search capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of recruiting processes, hiring practices, and employment compliance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word and Excel
- Adaptability to changing recruiting processes and priorities
- LinkedIn Recruiter Certification
- Previous talent acquisition experience supporting a large technology company
- Experience recruiting for cloud, security, AI/ML, Azure, or enterprise technology roles
