[Remote] Training Solutions Specialist - Sales

The Training Solutions Specialist will drive revenue growth by expanding BSI’s training portfolio across the Americas, focusing on client relationships and new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Propose and close contracts to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction
- Effectively articulate and position BSI products and services to key departmental decision-makers in small to midsize organizations
- Identify, articulate, and recommend ISO Management Systems solutions that align with specific client requirements
- Proactively identify and qualify prospective clients, building strong sales relationships to ensure a robust and continuous pipeline of new and expanded business opportunities
- Participate in and adhere to a structured sales model focused on attracting and developing new business
- Monitor emerging market trends and develop strategic plans to capitalize on opportunities that drive new revenue generation
- Engage in ongoing sales training and promotional initiatives to continuously improve selling skills and product knowledge
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support client needs and ensure successful delivery of solutions
Skills
- 2 – 4 years sales experience within B2B or B2C environments
- Previous experience in prospecting and lead generation
- An excellent telephone manner with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong influencing, negotiation and persuasion skills
- The ability to positively handle client objections
- A strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience of Salesforce is desirable but not essential
