Reporting Specialist Needed to Complete Reports from Existing Data
We need an experienced Excel reporting specialist to complete a set of healthcare program reports using the data and instructions already built into an existing workbook. The project includes initial, final, and change-over-time reports for three programs, using demographic data, BAM and QoL assessments, and analytics member data. The work requires accurate matching of records by patient ID, applying scoring rules from the workbook, and populating the provided report templates. Final reports also require calculating average days active and program duration completed. Because of security and compliance requirements, the selected freelancer must complete paid security training before accessing the report data. We are offering $1,200 for this project to account for the fast turnaround and required training. If this project goes well, additional reporting work may be offered in the future. We need someone ASAP and the completed report returned by EOD Monday, 6/15 at the latest. Note: The attached file is an example of the work that will need to be completed. All sensitive and personal information has been removed, so it is very bare bones, but it provides a much more detailed overview of the reporting request. Please include relevant Excel/reporting experience, especially with healthcare or multi-tab dataset reporting.
