Sales Manager
Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time / Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm EST Compensation: $50,000-$70,000 (base+commission) Do you have sales training, coaching and management experience? Rosenblum Law, a rapidly growing US-based law firm serving multiple states, is seeking an enthusiastic sales leader to join and manage our A+ rated team. The Sales Manager will be handling sales consultations and also be responsible for managing our sales team. The manager will oversee and provide ongoing training and guidance to the team and ensure goals are met. In addition, the Sales Manager will serve as backup on inside sales when needed. Responsibilities: Learn Rosenblum Law intake and sales operations intimately Hire, train and oversee remote employees Ensure the team meets monthly benchmarks for consultations and client acquisition Manage intake team / flow and routing of new client inquiries Back the team on sales consultations as needed Requirements: Minimum 3 years sales training, coaching and management experience Minimum 3 years phone sales experience and strong track record of sales performance Strong leadership ability, excellent work ethic and ability to operate in a high-paced work environment Loves to engage, socialize and talk to people/outgoing personality Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking Must have lived at least 3 months in the United States Why Join Us: A+ Rated Team: You’ll be managing a team of dedicated, hardworking individuals who are looking to develop their skills as salespeople.
