Sales OfficerSales OfficerPiramal Pharma Limited is seeking a motivated Sales Officer to drive pharmaceutical product sales, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets within an assigned territory. Responsibilities:** * Achieve individual sales targets for assigned pharmaceutical products within a designated territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Conduct regular visits to clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to promote products and secure orders.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage through effective presentations and detailing.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports.
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and promotional events as required.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and the healthcare landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
