Salesforce Business Analyst (BA)

Need Salesforce Business Analyst who acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Salesforce solutions effectively meet business needs. Should have deep understanding of BFSI business process and SFDC solutions for BFSI domain. The role involves requirement gathering, process analysis, functional design, user acceptance testing, and continuous optimization of Salesforce applications.
