Senior AI Automation Engineer-Developer, Infrastructure as Code
We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Automation Engineer – Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to join a global IT organization driving enterprise-wide automation and AI transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered automation solutions, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks, and DevOps practices to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and reliability across global infrastructure environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions leveraging AI, AI Agents, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, deployments, monitoring, and operational processes. Develop scripts and applications using technologies such as Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, Golang, Bash, YAML, and JSON. Build and manage automation solutions using Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps, OpenShift, and related platforms. Design and implement AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Agent Builder, and Azure AI Foundry. Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Networking, and Application teams to identify and implement automation opportunities. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational best practices. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance on automation and DevOps initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in Enterprise IT, Infrastructure Automation, Software Development, or DevOps environments. Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps, OpenShift, Kubernetes). Hands-on experience developing automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, Golang, Bash, or similar languages. Experience working with cloud and hybrid-cloud environments, including Azure, AWS, and/or GCP. Experience implementing AI Engineering, AI Agent Development, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or similar AI automation platforms. Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience with enterprise ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or FreshService.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in Azure, Terraform, Ansible, DevOps, AI Engineering, or related technologies. ITIL certification. Experience supporting large-scale global IT environments.
