Senior Front End Developer (IN, Remote)
Front-End Engineer – Full-Time, Remote We are hiring a Front-End Engineer to join our remote team. You’ll work closely with the founding team to build refined, high-performing interfaces designed specifically for front-end developers. This is a hands-on position where you’ll take ownership of critical features, contribute to product direction, and have room to grow into a leadership or expert role as the company evolves.
Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, accessible, and efficient front-end experiences using modern frameworks and tooling
- Partner directly with the founders to turn product ideas and visual designs into real features
- Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code
- Improve and refine features based on real user feedback and usage data
- Help shape and evolve front-end systems, patterns, and best practices
What You Should Have
- Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with contemporary front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Next.js
- Solid understanding of user experience principles and keen attention to UI details
- Proficiency with Git and browser-based developer tools
- Ability to work independently and productively in a remote, fast-paced setting
- A high sense of ownership and commitment to delivering quality
Bonus Skills
- Experience creating tools or platforms for developers
- Knowledge of performance profiling and front-end optimization techniques
- Contributions to open-source projects or personal technical work
