As a Senior Software Engineer II, you will be responsible for: Getting in early on an exceptionally rare and impactful project Working with a small team to solve complex issues Designing systems that scale Working to define the next generation of cloud tooling Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: Demonstrate relevant experience and education in Computer Science or a related field. Have proven professional experience in Go. Have solid experience building high-performance, reliable systems (profiling, concurrency, memory/latency optimisation, and performance debugging). Have shipped production software end-to-end, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, triage, incident response, and root-cause analysis. Show proven experience in designing and improving complex distributed systems, particularly with performance-critical system development expertise. Be comfortable working in an Agile development environment (iterative delivery, reviews, planning, and continuous improvement).
