Senior Product Designer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer who is eager to grow professionally within our dynamic and highly skilled software development team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end product design process for an AI-powered consumer platform, owning everything from early discovery and information architecture to visual design systems and production-ready experiences. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product stakeholders to shape key product decisions, designing intuitive interfaces that combine conversational AI experiences with structured, data-rich content. This is a highly autonomous role that requires strong product thinking, exceptional interaction design skills, and the ability to balance usability with information density. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Senior or Lead Product Designer. Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped consumer products, e-commerce platforms, content-heavy applications, or similar digital experiences. Proven expertise in information architecture and organizing complex information into intuitive user experiences. Strong interaction design skills with experience designing multi-step workflows, complex user journeys, and stateful interfaces. Experience owning product design decisions independently and working as the primary designer on a product team. Ability to collaborate closely with engineers and iterate rapidly throughout the development lifecycle. Advanced proficiency with Figma, including design systems, components, and reusable patterns. Daily experience using AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, layout generation, and design workflows. Strong English communication skills – Minimum B2 level proficiency. Nice to Have
Experience designing AI-powered products, conversational interfaces, or LLM-based applications. Experience with editorial or content-driven platforms, including long-form reading experiences and content discovery. Experience designing marketplace, comparison, or e-commerce experiences involving pricing, recommendations, or affiliate workflows. Familiarity with industries involving complex purchasing decisions or equipment-heavy consumer products. Experience working in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership and autonomy.
