Site/civil engineering draft person
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Site/Civil Engineering Draft Person to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating complex civil and site design concepts into precise, comprehensive drawings and schematics that guide construction and system implementation. Your expertise will support project development from initial sketches to detailed construction documents, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to industry standards. - Develop detailed 2D for civil site layouts, grading plans, drainage systems, and infrastructure layouts using AutoCAD.
- Create schematic diagrams and system designs for various civil engineering projects, including roads, utilities, and stormwater management.
- Prepare construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and details that meet project specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with professional engineer to review design concepts, ensuring feasibility and compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Support construction teams by providing clear drawings and revisions throughout project phases to facilitate smooth execution.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles related to site planning, grading, drainage design, and infrastructure layout.
- Knowledge of construction processes and ability to produce detailed construction documentation.
