The role involves managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, building relationships with potential candidates, and delivering qualified talent to meet hiring needs. Daily responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and enhancing employer branding efforts to attract top-tier talent. This role requires effective communication and a collaborative approach to meet organizational hiring goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and leading hiring processes
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and teams
- Knowledge of Employer Branding and strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Experience in Recruiting techniques and tools
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Understanding of talent acquisition trends and best practices
- Prior experience in personal development or leadership-focused organizations is a plus
