As we continue to grow, we are launching a NEW Pediatric Divisions from our New York and Connecticut offices and are seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build this program from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping a new division while recruiting and onboarding exceptional Nurses who are passionate about pediatric care.
About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead recruitment efforts for our pediatric and home care services. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding high-quality and RNs while ensuring all hires meet NY and CT Department of Health requirements and Affirmed Home Care’s standards of excellence. This is a full-time, remote role offering a $40,000 - $55,000 salary, based on experience. What You’ll Do Lead recruiting for the new Pediatric Division Manage job postings across multiple platforms Build partnerships through training schools, and networking Own the full recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviewing, compliance, and onboarding Consistently onboard at least 5 fully cleared Nurses per week Assist with new-hire orientations Promote referral programs and employee engagement initiatives What You Bring Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred 2+ years of home care recruiting (LPNs & RNs) required Pediatric recruiting experience preferred Strong digital and social recruiting skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office ATS experience a plus Authorization to work in the U.S. Why You’ll Love Working With Us At Affirmed Home Care, you’re not just filling roles, you’re building something meaningful for children and families.
