You will work alongside an experienced recruitment team, access active client mandates, and leverage established delivery processes, enabling you to focus on what you do best—identifying and engaging top talent.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment assignments across Engineering and Leadership positions. Source and identify high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, databases, and market mapping. Conduct candidate screening and preliminary assessments. Coordinate candidate interactions throughout the hiring process. Build talent pipelines for niche and leadership roles. Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Collaborate closely with delivery managers and account teams to achieve successful closures. Contribute to market intelligence and talent mapping initiatives. Desired Profile 3–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Consulting, Executive Search, or Staffing. Prior experience hiring for Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Defence, Electronics, Electrical, Robotics, Automation, Industrial, or Technology sectors is preferred. Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on delivery excellence.
