You will join a Team that lead complex technical programs that advance Akamai's Cloud Computing Technology Shape the success of projects You will help drive multiple complex projects. Guide multidisciplinary teams to successful delivery aligned with key business goals. As a technical program manager II, you will lead the cross-functional alignment of the entire program lifecycle. Your contribution will be critical to the success of the team and to Akamai's business As a Technical Program Manager II, you will be responsible for: Supporting cross-functional teams and providing subject matter expertise in planning and execution of multiple projects and programs Fostering effective communication and maintaining meticulous documentation Reporting on program status, areas of risk/opportunity, process dependencies and success metrics to senior internal stakeholders Engaging regularly with key collaborators, effectively communicating progress, to evaluate and identify business risks, understand priorities and propose solutions Adopting best-practice guidelines to influence and implement continuous improvements to the processes Maintaining and nurturing relationships with internal engineering teams, focusing on server hardware components Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: Have technical skills within software scope (GPUs and smartNICs / DPUsAI scope is an asset) Demonstrate proficient experience in program or project management in a cross functional and technical team Demonstrate proficient experience in software project cycle management and proficient experience in managing agile work processes Have good organisational and interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders Adapt swiftly to shifting priorities in a dynamic setting, demonstrating analytical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and effective decision-making Demonstrate excellent teamwork and be eager to engage in diverse, creative, and innovative projects Be eager to collaborate with senior decision makers, engaging in impactful discussions on technical and business strategy within a structured, continuous environment Build your career at Akamai Our ability to shape digital life today relies on developing exceptional people like you.
