This is a remote position. Job title: Bookkeeper (Full-Time) Industry: Building & Construction Employment: Full Time Rate: 8 AUD/Hour We are URGENTLY hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support one of our biggest clients in the building and construction sector. This is a full-time, permanent WFH role on the AM shift. Key Responsibilities: Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation Maintain and update spreadsheets and internal financial records Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable Issue invoices and process payments (money in/money out) Follow up on overdue invoices Check invoices against agreed price costings Liaise with the Director and Business Development Manager regarding project financials Record and maintain project data within the accounting system Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, maintaining the standard set by the outgoing Accounts Manager Requirements: At least 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience Ability to learn quickly and integrate seamlessly Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain reporting accuracy Experience in construction industry bookkeeping is a plus Detail oriented, analytical, with high ability to focus.
