Careers [email protected] Vendor Relations Coordinator (Remote Position) Full Time Position Overview RKB Facility Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Vendor Relations Coordinator. This position is pivotal to the operational excellence of our organization. You’ll be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enhancing relationships within our extensive vendor database.

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor Onboarding & Maintenance: Serve as the primary contact for vendors during the onboarding process and for ongoing relationship management.
• Compliance & Policy Enforcement: Ensure vendors adhere to RKB’s policies and requirements. Collaborate with internal compliance personnel for proper documentation.
• Cross Departmental Interaction: Work closely with team members throughout the organization to resolve vendor-related expectations that are consistently met.
• Data Management: Perform data entry and profile maintenance as required.
• Contract & Vendor Management: Assist in procuring new vendors, negotiating contracts, and vendor management. Experience with RFPs is a plus.

Skills & Qualifications

• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Customer Service: Must have excellent follow-up and customer service skills.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/deadlines.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with intermediate Excel skills preferred.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
