Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary/Assistant to join our Portland office. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and has strong experience supporting attorneys in civil litigation matters. This is a full-time position, with hybrid or fully remote options available for highly qualified candidates. Key Qualifications 5+ years of litigation legal secretary experience, preferably in a fast-paced defense firm environment Familiarity with Oregon and Washington state and federal rules of civil procedure, including e-filing in both jurisdictions Experience supporting plaintiff-side cases in King County, WA or matters involving provisional process is strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Experience with Milana docketing software is a plus Excellent analytical, written communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
