[Remote] Product Designer

They are seeking a Product Designer to deliver user-centered designs, improve usability, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to create meaningful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end product experiences across Klaviyo’s platform
- Translate complex workflows into clear, intuitive, well-documented solutions
- Design AI-assisted experiences that help users create, decide, and act more effectively
- Prototype and iterate using AI tools alongside traditional design workflows
- Apply Klaviyo's design systems consistently and contribute feedback to help evolve them
- Collaborate with PM and engineering from problem definition through launch, with a focus on clear and consistent communication
- Participate in and conduct customer research and usability testing to validate ideas and connect design decisions to real user needs
Skills
- Excellent design craft with strong fundamentals in visual hierarchy, interaction design, and usability
- Ability to translate complexity into clear, polished solutions
- Experience working with design systems and applying patterns consistently across a product
- AI fluency. Actively uses tools like Claude, Cursor, v0, or similar to accelerate workflows and prototyping
- Prototyping mindset. Comfortable moving from concept to prototype to iteration, focused on learning and improving quickly
- Collaborative approach. Partners closely with product and engineering throughout the design process, shares work regularly, and communicates design rationale clearly
- Research-driven. Participates in and conducts usability testing and customer conversations to connect design decisions to real user needs and outcomes
- Adaptability. Proactively seeks out feedback, iterates quickly, and navigates evolving priorities with a positive and curious attitude
- Experience with complex or data-rich products
- Familiarity with marketing, messaging, or growth platforms
