Responsibilities
- Connect with people interested in wellness, personal and professional growth
- Share structured online learning programs and resources
- Use simple digital tools to follow up and track outcomes in the CRM
- Work independently with onboarding and ongoing support
- Create consistent results through focus, clarity and purposeful action
Skills
- 6 years of experience
- Backgrounds in wellness coaching, yoga/Pilates, nutrition, fitness, counseling, occupational health, L&D or client services
- Clear communicators confident with Zoom/Teams, calendar management and CRM
- Self-directed, organized professionals who value meaningful work
- U.S. work authorization required
